Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept returns for items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, and in their original packaging with any tags included, within 14 days of the delivery date.

We CANNOT accept any worn, washed, altered, soiled or damaged products.

We also CANNOT accept products returned with any odors or smells (including perfumes, fragrances, smoke, etc.) that we deem make the merchandise unsellable.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless you receive the incorrect item or the item has a product defect.

Clearance items or discontinued merchandise are not eligible for return.

To make a return, please email knowthegrind@gmail.com with information on why the merchandise is being returned. We’ll help guide you with next steps for returning your purchased item/s. Once we receive your return, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, please allow 3-5 business days for a refund to appear on your original method of payment.
